Developing Your Leadership and Leading Change (When You're Not The Boss)

A program for Assistant/Associate Heads, Academic Deans, Division Heads, Department Chairs, and others. This two-part workshop on leading academic change is focused on developing our skills in leading change, as well as some of the changes independent schools are enacting in order to become more challenging, transdisciplinary, and real-world.
