Process Improvement Workshop (Two Sessions) - Spring 2020

MeHI will present broadly applicable tools to improve your HIE or MU processes and workflows using process improvement principles. Topics include change management, effective team-building, process-mapping, and more. This workshop consists of 2 in-person sessions held 4/30 & 5/7. A light breakfast & lunch will be served.
