Opening or Re-Opening a Business in a Post-Pandemic World

Hosted by the ESVA Chamber Foundation and the SBDC, Jim Carroll, the executive director for the Small Business Development Center of Hampton Roads, will address the issues that anyone who is either opening a new business or re-opening a business that was closed during the COVID-19 Pandemic must take into consideration prior to getting started.
