Fostering a Positive Mindset in these Challenging Times (Online)

Studies have shown that positive thinking can improve your creativity and energy levels, increase your success and productivity and lead to improved health. In this session, you will learn how to overcome negative thinking and re-frame your mindset to one more positive and optimistic.
