Employers are at increased risk of COVID-19-related litigation as Illinois “reopens,” and as “necessary” employees begin to assert claims regarding working conditions and accommodations. We’ll discuss the initial wave of COVID-19-related litigation, the interplay with workers’ compensation, and risk mitigation.
