Employment Task Force CLE: Unemployment in the Time of Contagion (1.5 GEN CLE)

Dramatic changes have been forced on the existing unemployment compensation system by the millions of individuals losing work because of the COVID-19 virus and need to keep social distance. This session will cover the legal requirements of the emergency expansions of unemployment compensation under the CARES Act (and any subsequent legislation).
