The Art of Group Facilitation

This course will discuss the fundamental concepts of group facilitation, as well as the natural stages of a group from inception to termination. Participants will learn the mechanism by which groups facilitate change, determining group & individual goals, understanding the roles of group members, & ensuring strong group cohesion.
