Immigration Task Force CLE: Hot Topics and Emerging Issues in Immigration (1.0 GEN CLE)

An overview of recent efforts to limit immigration through presidential executive orders, legal opinions issued by the Attorneys General, changes to regulations and agency policies, and increased scrutiny of applications for relief. Participants will learn how those changes impact individuals seeking asylum and other forms of humanitarian relief.
