Restorative Yoga Classes- October 14, 2020

In this monthly, 45-minute Zoom class, we will connect the breath, mindful & slow movements, with restorative poses to help fill the source that we draw upon to care for those in our lives. No experience is necessary, we will guide and support you as you give yourself a chance to recharge and reenter your life’s stream.
