Overcoming Worry & Anxiety

This short course will include guided meditation as well as practical applications from Buddha's teachings to apply in daily life. With simple meditation techniques, we can learn to become more and more familiar with positive, solution-orientated thoughts that lead to calm, clarity and peace of mind.
