Accessible Customer Service Standard Course (December 2020 Intake)

The Accessibility for Manitobans Act became law in Manitoba in December 2013. It establishes a process to remove barriers affecting persons with disabilities. This course covers foundational knowledge to understand the Customer Service Standard. It should take 45 to 90 minutes to complete and you will receive a Certificate from Manitoba Possible.
