UAPA, Coughlin Co, and UDOT are partnering together to offer a Cold In-Place Asphalt Recycling (CIR) webinar. The webinar will be held on Wednesday, Nov 18 from 10am to 3pm with an hour break for lunch. The webinar will include CIR information on project planning, engineering, inspection, costs, environmental benefits, additives, and much more.
