Video Replay #1: Judicial Recusal and Disqualification

This program will discuss Rule 2.11 of the Ohio Code of Judicial Conduct, as well as the statutory procedures for filing affidavits of disqualification and the interrelationship with recusal requests. The Supreme Court of Ohio Commission on Continuing Legal Education has approved this course for 1 hour of professional conduct self-study CLE credit.
