This class will cover how establishing an IOLTA, client deposits, interest on IOLTA accounts, funds for missing clients, use by fiduciaries, and discipline involving IOLTAs. This class has been approved by the Supreme Court of Ohio Commission on Continuing Legal Education for 1 hour of Ohio professional conduct self-study CLE credit.
