I agree to pay the $125 for editing when registering. If, after Verve reviews my materials and determines there is an additional charge due to footage readiness, I understand I can either pay the additional fee, or cancel the edit, at which point $75 of my pre-paid fee is refundable ($50 is non-refundable.)

I understand and agree to the following timeline. • I will deliver footage and assets to Verve withing 3 days of this registration. • Verve will review project and assets and provide final quote, if needed. • Verve will provide digital edit within 10 days after final quote has been approved. • I will provide any notes or changes to Verve within 3 days after receiving edit one. • Verve will make any changes and provide digital copy of final edit with 3 days after receiving notes.
