• SCHOLARSHIPS - If financial help is required through our scholarship program please speak to a staff member to request an application form. All scholarships applications will be given to the committee for review and will be given on a first come first serve basis based upon need.

• REFUND POLICY - -After a workshop begins, if a member leaves the workshop within the first two rehearsal days, KISS Theatre will refund the tuition paid for that workshop, less a $50.00 fee. KISS MUST BE NOTIFIED BY EMAIL to accounting@kisstheatre.org by the end of the second rehearsal day. After the second rehearsal day, NO REFUNDS will be given, NO EXCEPTIONS. -If a member withdraws PRIOR to the first rehearsal, KISS will refund tuition paid, less a $25.00 processing fee. KISS MUST BE NOTIFIED PRIOR TO THE FIRST REHEARSAL by emailing accounting@kisstheatre.org.

• IMPORTANT: If any actor exceeds more than two UNEXCUSED absences, the director of the workshop has full discretion to reassign the individual's role to provide for a more efficient and accommodating rehearsal process.

• I hereby agree and understand that any misdemeanors and general misbehavior will be addressed by the immediate Director and reported verbally to the Artistic Director. Persistent misbehavior will result in dismissal from the theatre workshop. Parents will be informed at all stages. Dismissals can be appealed by the Director with final decisions taken by Artistic Director or referred to the Board of Directors.
