• In consideration of inclusion as a participant in the 1st Annual Seal Beach Vintage Car Cruise (“Vintage Car Cruise”). I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the “ Vintage Car Cruise”, the City of Seal Beach, the Seal Beach Chamber of Commerce and its members, agents and employees from and against all liability of loss that I and/or my guests, including family and friends, may sustain or incur as a result of claims, demands, costs or judgments arising from my involvement in the “ Vintage Car Cruise”. I am aware that there are NO REFUNDS or CARRY OVER OF FEES.

• As a condition of my participation in the “Vintage Car Cruise”, I grant the “Vintage Car Cruise”, the City of Seal Beach, the Seal Beach Chamber of Commerce and its members, agents and employees perpetual and non-revocable permission to use my name, photographs and video in which my image and likeness appears in connection with my participation in the “Vintage Car Cruise” and further grant permission to display, publish, distribute, use print and reprint such images and likenesses, and the right to employ such images or likenesses in advertising and promotions relating thereto.
