Join CollabraSpace on March 26th from 4PM-5PM for a virtual tech talk on Agile Change Agents & the Four Tendencies, presented by Leah Burman.
Using concepts from Gretchen Rubin's book The Four Tendencies, learn how knowing each agile team member's individual tendency helps to enable change. How can you best encourage a teammate who is an Upholder to commit to a change in course? What information does a Questioner need before embracing a new idea? Why are Rebels great team members to have at a retrospective? Who can best help an Obliger prioritize the team commitments made during sprint planning over other external requests?
