TBM Name Announcement - VIRTUAL Ceremony

In collaboration with the Hampton Roads Connector Partners, VDOT held a contest to name the Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) that will construct new twin tunnels at the HRBT. The contest was open to all middle school students in Hampton Roads. The ceremony will include remarks from VDOT officials & HRBT executives, and feature the winning team.
