Adaptive Leadership

There are two types of problems that are identified by Adaptive Leadership; technical problems with ‘known’ solutions, and adaptive problems with no ‘known’ solution. In this training, we will help guide employees and leaders on how to find solutions in adaptive problems to minimize issues and/or disruptions in the workplace.
