Yoga Movement with the Garden Dancers

Each of the four yoga teachers and dancers will lead a portion of the workshop. We will begin with floor warm-up, standing poses, inversions and a long connected cool down. This is a level 2-4 practice but can be adapted by those who know some yoga. You will need some space to move, but two sticky mats crossed is enough.
