Introduction to Municipal Finance

This event will provide a foundational overview of the structures of municipal finance in Rhode Island, including a historical and legal overview of local revenue streams and expenditures. This event will be led by the Rhode Island Public Expenditures Council (RIPEC), using information from their April 2021 report on Municipal Finance.
