PREREQUISITE: OSHA 511 Standards for General Industry within the last 7 years and 5 years safety related experience. Price is $757 per person. Class will meet 4 days: May 18, 19, 20, 21 - 8am-5pm - MUST ATTEND ALL FOUR DAYS! Upon Registration, we will send an application THAT MUST BE PRE-APPROVED BEFORE MAY 18.
