Join the WNDC Educational Foundation and the DC History Center for a panel discussion and book-signing with Judge Rohulamin Quander, author of The Quanders, Since 1684, an Enduring African American Legacy. Lunch at 12:00 pm. The program begins at 1:00 pm, followed by a book signing. The program will also be available via Zoom.
