Creating Habits for Resilience

Learn more about the relationship between human behavior, Behavior Design and habits in this 8-week series. Participants will use the Pearl Habits method to identify and begin to create healthy changes. Tapping into emotions and Focus Mapping will be used. And participants will troubleshoot potential pitfalls.
