This course will meet the requirement for 3 hours of training for PCP Instructional Elements. Training content will include documentation requirements for both Person Centered Plans (PCP's) and Crisis Plans. All providers are invited, especially those that write PCP's and Crisis Plans. Individual pre-registration required. Max of 40 participants.
