Soulful Sunday - A Breathwork & Sound Healing Journey

Join us for at Rancho Bernardo Inn for a self-care and soul nourishing journey led by Lisa and Ian from Mello Yoga. This event will include light stretching, a 30-minute breathwork session, sound healing with Ian and a reception with locally-sourced nourishing bites to follow. $50 per person, $40 for Resort Club and Mello Yoga Members.
