  • Terms and Conditions The Mariachi Vargas Extravaganza (event) is produced by Munoz Public Relations (MPR) (Producer), L.L.C, P.O. Box 23250, San Antonio, Texas 78223. By participating in the event, I agree to all terms and conditions as outlined below. I agree to grant the producer and its successors, permission to take photographs and videos of my group during the event and edit/use for future promotions of events produced by MPR without compensation or knowledge. This includes my group's name, likeness, voice, biographical data and interviews. I understand MPR is the sole owner of such film, recordings and photography and may use these materials as needed. I agree to indemnify the Producer and judges and to hold each of them harmless from liabilities, damages, expenses and losses caused by or arising from physical, mental or emotional harm caused prior to, during or after the event. I agree to follow the Producer's rules/regulations, directions and instructions in all matters relating to the event.

  • I acknowledge that the producer has the right to disqualify me or my group at anytime for any reason as a participant of the event. I understand that I or my group are not allowed to approach media or event sponsors without Producer's approval. I agree that I, or anyone representing my group, is prohibited from giving anything of value to the judges of the competitions. In addition to this form, all mariachi director's will be required to sign a talent release form during the director's meeting.

    Cancellation Policy for Group Registrants: Any cancellations due to COVID prior to November 1 will receive a full refund. Any group registration cancellations between November 1-22 will incur a 25% fee charge of your total registration. No cancellations are permitted after November 22.
