Healthy Together Week: Yoga in the Park

Practice mindfulness in this outdoor, beginner-friendly yoga class. Taught by Cambio Yoga Studio, proceeds to this event will go to nonprofit, Home Front Military Network and their mission of assisting military members, veterans, and families. Please wear comfortable clothes, bring water and a yoga mat if you have one (or a blanket/towel).
