This seminar will explore the relationship between tantric ‘completion stage’ practices, such as Tummo, and the resultant ‘great perfection’ stage of Dzogchen / Mahamudrā, in the realisation of altruistic, self-transcendent states of awareness and action, as well as enhanced health and vitality.
