Russian Dumpling class, grades 6-12

Registration is now closed. KCG teacher Anna Manevich shows us to how make Pelmeni Russian dumplings. Begin with an unleavened dough, roll it thin, & stuff it with a potato- pea mixture. Using the same dough we make a berry dessert dumpling . This recipe originated in Eastern European, Russian, Ukrainian, and is Vegetarian. Dinner & Dessert!
