RECORDING CEB 12 HOURS INTRODUCTORY COURSE - VEN. LOBSANG TENPA

Cultivating Emotional Balance is a contemplative training program that combines the insights of psychological research with the traditional practices of mind-training. The aim of the program is to learn to use our emotions—both pleasant and unpleasant—to cultivate greater levels of clarity and psychological wellbeing.
