Beginning Yoga, 4-class series, with Gay White

In this series we will learn the basic movements and poses so that you can begin to practice and take classes with a solid beginning and in a safe way. Each person will receive individual attention and we will practice to experience stability, strength and vitality as well as the joy of yoga.
