Silver Age Yoga Workshop (IN-PERSON)

Silver age yoga is designed to meet the special health needs of older adults. Safely participate at your own level of comfort. This is a gentle intro to chair yoga. Seated chair postures and chair supported standing postures will be practiced. Comfortable clothing and yoga mats required. Proof of full COVID vaccination required to participate.
