NAWIC #325 WIC Week Friday Lunch Break - Yoga Workshop

Lauri Stern has been teaching yoga since 2001. She teaches at Reach Yoga in Glencoe as well as teaching privately.  She will be taking us through a “Basics & Beyond” Class for students new to yoga or seeking a review of the basics. The link to the virtual event will be sent out to registrants prior to Noon on March 11.
