Caltrans FTA Disparity Study Public Meeting #3

BBC Research & Consulting has been retained by the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), to conduct a disparity study. This study will assess how minority-and woman-owned businesses are faring in the marketplace and provide recommendations for how Caltrans might provide more equitable opportunities to businesses throughout the area.
