All AI 2023 DFW attendees under this registration record agree to follow any local, state, or Hyatt Hotel policies pertaining to the wearing of masks and social distancing to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in effect at the time of the show.

NOTE: Any electrical or special requirements must be contracted through the Hyatt Regency/DFW Airport Hotel Engineering Department. All additional fees or charges are the responsibility of the table holder. No signage or material may be posted, taped, or draped on any walls or displays at the Hyatt Regency/DFW Airport Hotel. All vendors are responsible for ensuring their compliance with the Texas Department of Revenue regulations concerning the collection of sales tax and vendor registration fees for any items sold at Airliners International 2023 DFW. All Texas and out of state vendors are required to file with their sales tax payment. NOTE: All vendors MUST purchase a Full or Three-day registration in order to purchase tables. The Hyatt Regency/DFW Airport Hotel has a limited number of baggage carts for moving vendor goods in and out of the display hall. Please contact the Bell Captain for assistance. ALL VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR TRANSPORTING THEIR GOODS IN AND OUT OF THE DISPLAY HALL.
