Westfield FestiFall Vendor Application 2022

FestiFall will be filled with fun for the whole family. Central Avenue will be lined with handmade jewelry, photography, and unique gifts. The food court will have a variety of festival foods. A KidZone packed with rides and activities for children of all ages. It doesn't get any better than this!

2022 VENDOR FEES

  • IF YOU ARE SAMPLING DIPS, OILS OR ANY FOOD PRODUCT YOU MUST OBTAIN A TEMPORARY FOOD LICENSE FROM THE BOARD OF HEALTH WHICH INCLUDES AN ADDITIONAL FEE. PLEASE CONTACT DONNA AT DVELLA@THISISITPRODUCTIONS.COM TO OBTAIN THE FORMS. THIS IS IT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU DO NOT OBTAIN THESE FORMS FROM DONNA AND SUBMIT THEM ON TIME TO THE PROPER DEPARTMENTS.

  • THE FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. THE EVENT IS RAIN OR SHINE. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED IF YOU ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

  • ARTIST: $145 per space, (12x10) for selling hand made items, by you the artist, not handmade by another person or in another country. IF YOU HAVE BOTH CRAFT & RETAIL MERCHANDISE YOU MUST PAY RETAIL. PHOTOS OF ALL HANDMADE ITEMS MUST BE EMAILED TO DONNA. APPLICATIONS RECEIVED AFTER 9.2.22 WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $25 LATE FEE.

  • RETAIL: $310 per space, (12x10) selling any commercial merchandise, services, sole proprietor. APPLICATIONS RECEIVED AFTER 9.2.22 WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $25 LATE FEE.

  • CORPORATE: $525 per space, (12x10) national brand or company, home improvement companies, franchises. APPLICATIONS RECEIVED AFTER 9.2.22 WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $25 LATE FEE.

  • NON-PROFIT - $210 per space, (12x10) for 501(c)3 (please email mission statement & proof of non-profit status to Donna, dvella@thisisitproductions.com). APPLICATIONS RECEIVED AFTER 9.2.22 WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $25 LATE FEE.

  • THE GREATER WESTFIELD AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE MEMBER - $145 per space, (12x10) per event, for selling any commercial products & services. MUST BE A MEMBER IN GOOD STANDING WITH THE COC. APPLICATIONS RECEIVED AFTER 9.2.22 WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $25 LATE FEE.

  • THE GREATER WESTFIELD AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE MEMBER NON-PROFIT - $105 per space, (12x10) for 501(c)3 organization (please email mission statement & proof of non-profit status to Donna, dvella@thisisitproductions.com). MUST BE A MEMBER IN GOOD STANDING WITH THE COC. APPLICATIONS RECEIVED AFTER 9.2.22 WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $25 LATE FEE.

  • RAIN CLAUSE: For all outdoor events, it is ultimately a collective decision between TIIP and the local police chief to judge in good faith whether or not personal safety or property are threatened or compromised by threatening or inclement weather. If weather conditions are determined to be abnormal during event hours and have an adverse effect on the scheduled Event, the Event will be canceled. If the Event is canceled due to inclement weather before or during the event, SPONSOR/VENDOR will not be entitled to any form of refund or credit. A rain date will not be issued.

2022 VENDOR DETAILS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

  • EXHIBITOR MAY NOT EXTEND BEYOND YOUR BOOTH SPACE OR WALK THE EVENT TO SOLICIT. SIDEWALKS MUST BE KEPT CLEAR OF BOXES OR CHAIRS. EXHIBITOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR TENT, TABLES AND CHAIRS. Tent must be weighted & covering must meet the following specifications: standard four-cornered nylon or vinyl weaves (i.e E-Z Up Type). TABLES MUST BE COVERED WITH CLOTH COVERINGS DOWN TO THE GROUND. NO EXCEPTIONS! TARP STYLE TENT STRUCTURES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED.

  • Exhibitors will keep booth assembled and staffed for entire duration of the Festival and remove all merchandise, boxes, debris. Vendors are not allowed to deposit trash in barrels or cans available for Event patrons. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE ANY BOXES, CONTAINERS, CHAIRS OR PERSONAL BELONGINGS ON THE SIDEWALK. YOUR BOOTH SPACE IS ON THE STREET ONLY.

  • Only those items written on your application and included in photos will be permitted for sale. The event organizers reserve the right to refuse unacceptable items for display or sale. EXHIBITOR MAY NOT REASSIGN OR SHARE BOOTH SPACE. Exhibitor may not offer free children's product or activity (i.e. face painting, balloons, tattoos, etc.) without prior approval from the event organizer.

  • Non-Profit organizations are strongly encouraged to create an interactive activity (i.e. Craft, Game) in conjunction with promotion of mission statement. YOU MAY NOT OFFER FACE PAINTING, TATTOO'S, FREE DRINKS OR TREATS!

  • The event organizer reserves the right to decline, prohibit or remove any exhibit which is deemed out of keeping with the character of the Event, including persons, things, products, services, printed material, conduct, alcohol, smoke, noise, etc. Exhibitors will not use flashing lights or noise making devices. GENERATORS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED BY THE ORGANIZER. IF THE GENERATOR IS TOO LOUD AND WE RECEIVE COMPLAINTS THE GENERATOR WILL BE SHUT DOWN. IF YOU ARE USING A GENERATOR YOU MUST HAVE A FIRE EXTINGUISHER IN YOUR BOOTH. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A FIRE EXTINGUISHER YOU WILL BE ASKED TO REMOVE THE GENERATOR. No water or electric is available on-site.

  • Exhibitors can not use the Event name or logo on any merchandise (T shirts, mugs, etc.) sold or given to the public without pre-approval, in writing, by the event organizer.

  • THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE SOLD OR GIVEN AWAY: SILLY STRING, TOY GUNS, SWORDS, POPPERS OR WEAPONS OF ANY KIND. IF YOU HAVE THEM AT YOUR BOOTH YOU WILL BE ASKED TO REMOVE THEM. IF WE FIND YOU ARE SELLING THESE ITEMS YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE EVENT WITH NO REFUND.

  • The undersigned understands that this form shall become a binding contract upon acceptance by This Is It! Productions, Inc. and The Greater Westfield Area Chamber of Commerce and agrees to a) release event organizers, Town of Westfield, its agents and employees, and Event Sponsors from any loss or damage and all liability for the duration of the Event and its set-up and breakdown period, and b) abide by the Event rules and regulations which are a part of this agreement and event organizers rules and regulations governing events for 2022.*
