Starved Rock Regional Center (formerly Easter Seals, LBC) is excited to hold our 3rd Annual Trunk or Treat event at the 4-H Fairgrounds again this year! Decorate a trunk or just come dressed to trick or treat. Inflatables, games, petting zoo, food, hayride and even a HAUNTED HOUSE! You won't want to miss this. Get your car pass early and save!
