IEN Soft Lithography for Microfluidics Short Course

The Institute for Electronics and Nanotechnology (IEN) at Georgia Tech will offer a short course on soft lithography for microfluidics on September 22nd and 23rd, 2022. This two-day short course combines lectures with hands-on microfluidic fabrication in the IEN cleanroom.
