Newcomers and Longtimers - Ed Boschman

This cohort will be open to four lead pastors “newer” to ministry (1-5 years) and four “seasoned” lead pastors (10-20+years). We will expect veterans to offer best insights and/or lessons learned, and we will ask “newcomers” to pose their most challenging issues/questions.
