CMH Breakfast Club: Inaugural Event Aug. 10

Join us for our inaugural CMH Breakfast Club Aug. 10, 7-8 a.m. in CMH Community Room 1. It's a great way to jumpstart your morning with a light breakfast and learn about health and wellness from an expert. The quarterly program is free, but seats are limited and pre-registration is required.
