Prairie Planting for National Public Lands Day 2022

Participants will be helping U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Rangers and Biologists plant native plant species in sand prairies, a critically endangered habitat. This restoration effort will enhance valuable habitat for wildlife at the Riverlands Migratory Bird Sanctuary, and is a great conservation activity for all ages!
