• Parent/Guardian Authorization & Disclaimer: I verify that my child has been checked by a licensed physician prior to attending the Telluride Baseball Festival Camp and Tournament and is physically able to participate fully, and assume all risks resulting from the participation in all activities of the camp/tournament. I agree to hold harmless the Telluride Baseball Festival, it’s trustees and officers of any and all liabilities, actions, courses of action, claims and demands of every kind and nature whatsoever, which may arise in connection with or resulting from my child participating in any of the camp/tournament activities. I understand that Telluride Baseball Festival, it’s trustees and officers, are not responsible for any injury (or loss of property) or death to any person suffered while participating or in any way involved in the camp/tournament.

• Cancellation/Refund Policy: For any Telluride Baseball Festival event (tournament, camp, and training) that results in player cancellation, the payments made prior to the event are transferable without penalty to a future Telluride Baseball Festival event, as long as the event is within the next calendar year. Player fees will not be refunded
