Chair Yoga with Bonnie Maeda and Leah Orloff

This four week series is for teachers and students interested in incorporating the use of a chair for their yoga practice. Leah and Bonnie will demonstrate, and teach yoga seated as well as some standing poses using the chair for balance and support.
