The primary audience for the Family STEM Festival is Pre K-12th grade students. What age group does your activity target? (Check all that apply)
- K - 3rd grade (5 - 9 years old)

- 7th - 9th grade (12- 15 years old)
- 10th - 12th grade (15 - 18 years old)
Exhibitors will be provided a 10x10 space with one 8-foot table and two chairs. Note below if additional accommodations are needed. (Please note, the festival committee may not be able to accommodate all requests for additional space.)

Exhibitors are responsible to provide a safe environment for families that attend the festival. In an effort to reduce the spread of disease, lice, and other health hazards it is the exhibitors responsibility for sanitation of your equipment. It is the exhibitors responsibility to display a sign informing parents of any potential food items that include common allergens such as peanuts, dairy, eggs, etc. The committee reserves the right to turn away any exhibit deemed unsafe. Exhibitors may not sell any merchandise at the festival.

The Dubuque Area Family STEM Festival planning committee encourages all organizations and businesses to participate in this family oriented festival focused on encouraging future employees for the STEM careers. The committee reserves the right to refuse a booth to groups that don’t fit the mission of the STEM Council or who have misused their exhibitor privileges.
