Fullpower Workshop: Introductory Self-Defense for Adults and Teens 15 and Over
Participants 15+ will learn 7 physical self-defense skills to escape an attack - plus strategies to avoid needing to use them! This $75 USD program includes practicing simple self-defense moves in the air. We also provide individual support by email to answer your questions before & after the workshop.
