This is a full-day program with 6 CEUs. Our morning program will be Maureen McCarthy from Celtic Consulting speaking on CMS Phase III survey requirements. In the afternoon we will have Steve Davis of DPH. Continental breakfast, lunch, and tradeshow are included. $75 for members, and $150 for non-members. Members do not use this page to register.
