Improv Dance Workshop

Dance improv is about creating new movement and defined as freeing the body from habitual patterns. The course is designed to explore creativity, inspire confidence and encourage vulnerable self-expression through improvisational dance movement. Ages 16 and up! 8 week course, every other Monday 6-7pm! Course begins on Jan 23 and ends on May 1st
