Dining with Diabetes NFSH0207
Learn how to live a healthier life with our Dining with Diabetes program. It is designed for participants at risk for developing type 2 diabetes, diagnosed prediabetes or type 2 diabetes, or caretakers and support persons for individuals with type 2 diabetes. Participant fee is $25 and will meet February 7, 14, 21, 28 from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm.
